From 13 December new government guidelines require that we ask patients some screening questions about respiratory symptoms and Covid tests before they can attend the practice.
Please do not enter the building if you have any respiratory or viral symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, muscle aches, shortness of breath or temperature without phoning first. Also do not enter without phoning first if you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid in the last 14 days or who is suspected of having Covid.
We recommend you book your Covid booster vaccinations or 1st and 2nd Covid vaccines if you haven’t had them yet on the NHS Inform website or by telephoning 0800 030 8013 or attending a drop in clinic.
